Parade Entry/Vendor form
Parade vendor and entry form that needs completed. The 2024 City of Kokomo Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024 in downtown Kokomo. The parade begins at 6:30 p.m. sharp. If you would like to participate as a parade entry or vendor, please download the appropriate form below. Entry forms should be submitted no later than Monday, December 2nd. The waiver portion of the entry form must be signed for your entry to be valid.
